Zoe Koulouris

Zoe Koulouris is the Vice President of Product Strategy at Foundry. As a woman in tech, she has been passionate throughout her career about opening the door for new talent to enter and thrive in spaces like the blockchain industry by sharing what she has learned along the way. After graduating from Syracuse University with a focus in Entrepreneurship, she helped found and launch a health software company called 3Pound Health. Then in 2016, she co-founded a Web3 software consultancy called Upstate Interactive. The company’s success and steady growth caught the attention of Foundry, their client at the time. In 2022 they were acquired and much of the Upstate Interactive team joined Foundry. Along the way she has pursued opportunities to give back by co-founding a meet-up called Women in Coding, and by participating in DAOs like Meta Gamma Delta. She is looking forward to navigating the continued shifts and challenges in this field as opportunities to grow, learn, and contribute to a better future.
